We currently use the services of LBC in delivering your orders. Tracking number will be provided through email once the package has been sent out for delivery. You may check on the movement of your package through the courier's website. 

Kindly inform us of any circumstances such as delayed or lost shipment.


We'll be happy to assist should there be a request for returns or exchanges. To process your returns, please contact us within 2 days upon receiving your order.

Any product for return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Associated shipping fees for the return or exchange of products will be shouldered by the customer.

Due to the nature of some of our items, returns or exchanges may not be processed, unless there was an error on our part.
