Order & Delivery Process


Shop any time of the day!

Upon successful checkout, an order confirmation will be sent to your email within the next 24 hours. Once payment has been verified, items will be processed for delivery and shipping details will be sent through an email.

Please note that adding an available item in your shopping cart does not reserve that item.

**Computer generated emails sometimes get filtered as spam. Kindly check your Spam Folder too or add us to your contacts list.


We don't accept pre-orders as of the moment.

Should there be products you wish to become available, just let us know through our email or Instagram and we'll inform you of our restock dates.


Cash On Delivery is now available.

We process credit/debit card payments through PayPal. 

We also accept bank deposits and online transfers to our BPI, BDO and UnionBank accounts. Bank details will be sent together with the order confirmation email. Payments should be settled within 3 days (Saturday, Sunday and Holidays are not counted). Otherwise, order will be canceled.

For bank transfers, kindly send the proof of your payment to newavenueph@gmail.com indicating your Order ID.

Metro Manila

FLAT RATE Php145  (2-3 business days) via LBC

PICK UP - Express Delivery via Grab or Lalamove  (scheduled/same day)


FLAT RATE Php145 via LBC

(Luzon 3-5 business days) 

(Visayas and Mindanao 7-14 business days)

Please spell out and accurately provide your address. Abbreviations, misspellings, and typos can result in delayed delivery.

Fare to be paid by you upon the arrival of your package.

Booking hours is between 7:00AM to 4:00PM.

Our Express Delivery is only available to deliver within Metro Manila addresses.
